We had a busy week last week. Jackson started pulling himself up and standing everywhere and he also wont stop moving… so pretty much the same as the previous week, but more!

Jackson turned 10 months this week!
I can barely keep up with him now. He is climbing everything in sight. Every day he just gets more stable and is constantly moving

This week we have had a very mobile Jackson. All he wanted to do was pull himself up and stand.
Jackson eats spinach pancakes + roasted pear purée
Today I made some spinach pancakes using some leftover spinach purée.
I made a big batch of spinach purée back when Jackson started solids, and now that we are having more finger foods, I needed to find ways to use up some of the freezer purée.

Since introducing finger foods to Jackson, I have only been giving him steamed (and some raw) fruits and veg. However, I wanted to get more creative and found this simple pancake recipe using egg.
